We are looking for an individual with the following skills. If you are outgoing and like outdoor recreation this may be for you.
Job entails:

• Welcoming and interacting with customers -- people friendly skills and a friendly a positive attitude are a must.
• Duties include representing the company on the phone and in person.
• Helping people decide what hang gliding or paragliding experience they would like to try.
• Sales skills are a plus, we will train as needed -- no cold calls.
• Normal customer service to help our club members with their needs.
• Organize and maintain Pro Shop facilities by displaying merchandise and day-to-day cleaning duties.
• Opening and closing Pro Shop with guided assistance
• Must be available on weekends. Our operating hours are Thursday through Monday from 9 AM EST to 6 PM EST.
• You must be at least 17 years or older to apply for this position.

No hang gliding or paragliding experience is necessary, we've got that covered.

An interest in outdoor recreation is a plus.

Compensation:

• If you have at least (1) year of applicable office experience: $13.00 starting pay.
• Quarterly reviews with potential wage or incentive raise every (3-6) month period with room to grow and expand within the company
• Paid vacation options are available after being under our employ for (1) year.
